I love being able to volunteer in Autumn's classroom. I love her teacher, the other moms and I love getting to know all of the other kids in the room. I love being able to put faces to names whenever Autumn comes home with a new story. In the fall, the kids got to make their own little loaves of pumpkin bread. Other than just being delicious, it was a great activity to teach the kids about measuring and work out some fractions. After we made them, we loaded them up onto a cart and took them to the "bakery", aka the cafeteria. Autumn came home with her own little loaf and it was so yummy!
