Sorry for my general lack of updates. I like to write in chronological order and when I get behind on one event, I feel like I am betraying it by "skipping it". Thus began my blog of silence. I still have pictures to post from my trip to North Carolina, my bathroom makeover and a whole slew of things. Thanksgiving is coming - it's only going to go downhill from here...
I have a session tomorrow morning which should be my last for the next few weeks. I'll have to double check, but I don't have anything on the books until late December. I am very much looking forward to the break! Working at home you don't really get "days off" and I certainly can't "leave my work at the office". This hibernation from sessions in the winter months is definitely a perk to my job. I have much to catch up on - freelance graphic design work for my company in Utah, an entire deep clean on the house, re-organizing and decorating the kitchen, baby making, getting a dresser for the bedroom (since we're buying a new entertainment center for the basement, I'm now leaning towards buying and refinishing one vs. buying new), and let us not forget the crime scene that is my kitchen floor.
I can't believe Thanksgiving is just a few days away! I have so much to do! I'm just about done with my Christmas present, or at least the biggest component. My goal is to finish and pack it up to send home with my out of town family. Here's to hoping, and here's to a great week!
baby making?? ...haha. Good luck with it all! I know the feeling of getting behind... not fun!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I pretty much skipped our entire summer as far as blogging goes. I just kept getting further and further behind...finally gave up and moved on to fall. =)
ReplyDeleteBaby making?? (yes, I realize someone already said that) Sneaky of you to stick that in the middle of the list!
ReplyDeleteAre you preggo Kel??? If so, congrats. If not, have fun with all that baby making! :-) You're not nearly as behind as me...I'm like over a year behind...the sad thing is its all ready to be uploaded, it just takes too long, so I haven't done it. If you don't do it often, it builds up to quick!
