Preschool Christmas Concert

In December, Autumn's school attended a Tiny Tots concert put on at the high school. The band students perform popular favorite songs and holiday favorites for the area preschools. They then come around and let the children touch and see their instruments - it fits right in with the curriculum about music that they study.

I was able to help chaperon and attend, and I was in charge of Autumn and her sweet friend Arista. They got to ride a real school bus to the high school and it was such a fun adventure for them! They each took turns sitting by the window and had a blast!

When they played certain songs, other students would come out as Disney princesses, Elmo, Cookie Monster, and best of all - there was a Spongebob Squarepants!
