Dates to Remember

It's really quite shocking how much we forget over time, especially the little details. Thanks to blogging and journaling, I was able to remember details such as getting a pedicure before my wedding and my entire schedule the week before. I figured a baby should be no exception! The following will be an on-going list of important dates from my pregnancy for safe keeping when I will need them again.

November 13, 2008 - Not trying, but not preventing.
We decided to go off Birth Control for good and "just let things happen".

February 14, 2009 - Found out I was pregnant.
I took a pregnancy test on a whim - I was not experiencing symptoms nor did I know when to expect my period. I was at work, and the first person to know was my co-worker and best friend Kae.

March 17, 2009 - First Doctor's Visit
Saw the "peanut" and heard the heartbeat for the first time with Adam at Dr. Berry's office in Utah.

May 7, 2009 - Four years of wedded bliss.

May 28, 2009 - First Baby Movement
I felt the baby kick/move for the first time today and recognized it as the baby. I was sitting in the playroom at my mom's house, in the Ikea Poang chair.

May 29, 2009 - It's a girl! First Sonogram
My first sonogram revealed we're having a girl! My mom accompanied me to the appointment.

June 18, 2009 - Alien Baby!
The baby kicking is visible from the exterior. I was laying in the bathtub when I saw the movement on my stomach.

June 25, 2009 - Adam Feels the Baby
Adam finally felt the baby! We were at the beach in NC and when she was kicking away I placed his hand on my stomach. This time, he could really feel it - no mistaking it!

October 13, 2009 - My Due Date

November 29, 2009 - Blessing Date
