Easter

Easter morning was a bit of a bust and I was sooo disappointed. Autumn hadn't slept great the night before and then woke up way too early Easter morning. As I was finishing getting ready for church and just about to put her into her Easter dress with matching hairbows - she burnt her fingers on my 450 degree curling iron.

She immediately started screaming. Then screamed some more. And some more after that. A burn stinks any way you look at it and unfortunately there just wasn't going to be any way I could fix it, calm her down and get her dressed and cute in time for church. I wrote it off as a loss and since Brody was already dressed and ready to go, he and I went to church alone.

I was so bummed, but Autumn will get to wear her ensemble next week at church. Oh well!
